Roger is responsible for the maintenance team here at APML Estate, his role is ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard with regards to reactive maintenance and scheduled PPMs.
His role is also to make sure all properties within the portfolio are functioning efficiently on a day to day basis and that his staff are abiding by regulated H&S checks.
Roger joined APML Estate in 1998, and over the last 20 years he has developed an extensive and invaluable knowledge of the APML Estate portfolio.
He has also gained a formal qualification within the M&E industry.
